Services

Are you struggling to find peace within yourself?  Within your family?Within your child/children? Together, we can take a look at what’s going on in your life and/or your child’s life to come up with the goal of bringing a greater sense of calm, peace, and happiness.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy allows clients to work on problems and concerns one-on-one with a counselor. This type of treatment is appropriate for clients ranging in age from young children to adults.  Individual treatment focuses on achieving the specific goals of the client in a confidential and personal way

Counseling can change your life and/or the lives of those you love. A trained, experienced, non-judgmental person can help. I can help you work through issues that seem to make life feel harder than it should. If you think this might be the next right path, please reach out and let’s get started in creating a life plan specific for you and/or your families needs.

Child Therapy

Reasons a child may participate in counseling vary, but some of the most common reasons are as follows: poor school performance, depression, anxiety, feeling irritable or moody, stress, family issues, low self-esteem, anger management, mood disorders, poor conflict resolution, parents’ divorce, grief and loss.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a structured, safe place to share common issues with others in a group setting. Group therapy provides support from others experiencing similar life struggles, provides role modeling, addresses isolation, and can be more affordable while still providing feedback and observation from a trained therapist.

Family Therapy

A family unit is a group of people who care about each other and may or may not live together. This can includes blended families, families with non-traditional structures, step-siblings, or half siblings. Family therapy helps family members understand and support one another and work through difficult situations

I have 35 years of working with students and families in an educational setting. My counseling career has included private practice, agency health setting, and school settings.

My goal for each client is to help them find THEIR path inside their own story. Each person is different, so I tailor each session to the individual needs of each client. If you feel that I may be able to help guide you on your journey, please reach out to see if we might be a good fit for each other.
